HIGH-SPEED WELDING EQUIPMENT AND WELDING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide high-speed welding equipment in which a hot wire can be stably supplied to the molten pool of a base material by rear-inserting the hot wire in the advancing direction of welding and which makes high-speed welding possible at low cost, and also to provide the welding method thereof.

SOLUTION: With a detection device such as a temperature sensor, a wire temperature is measured at an optional position between a feeding part of a wire torch that heats the wire and the base material. Then, an electric current excessively heating the wire is controlled so that the temperature of the wire entering a molten pool is kept constant.
