摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically assemble a tripod constant velocity joint to a driving power transmission shaft. SOLUTION: An assembling device 60 includes a shaft holding mechanism 78 holding one end portion of a driving power transmission shaft 12, a centering mechanism 70 for performing centering between the driving power transmission shaft 12 and a through-hole 28 of an inner member 20, and a displaceable first outer member holder 66 holding an outer member 18 of a tripod constant velocity joint 16. Meanwhile, a second outer member holder 80 is rotated by a predetermined angle by a rotating mechanism 83 (phase focusing mechanism) included in the shaft holding mechanism 78. According to this, the phase focusing of the driving power transmission shaft 12 with the through-hole 28 of the inner member 20 housed in the outer member 18 is performed. Further, the transmission shaft 12 is displaced relatively to the outer member 18, whereby the transmission shaft 12 is fitted to the through-hole 28 of the inner member 20.
