<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery device which is used by any IC card without the need of identification information, and further uses the IC card without the need to generate random numbers. <P>SOLUTION: A lottery device using an IC card includes: a communication part for communicating with an IC card; a parameter value setting part for setting a parameter value for changing winning probability; an information notification part for notifying a user of winning or losing; a voltage measurement part for measuring the voltage of a response signal from the IC card after starting the IC card; a timer for measuring a response time in measuring the response signal and a current measurement time in measuring currents after measuring the response signal; a current measurement part for measuring currents at a time after the lapse of the response time and the current measurement time; a counter for storing the number of times of trial of lottery; and an information processing part for determining the winning by processing at least the parameter value and the measurement value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
