<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract process capability from time-series data without setting any specification value. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a variation coefficient calculation part for calculating a first variation coefficient by dividing the standard deviation of time-series data in a first period just before a certain time by the movement average, and for calculating a second variation coefficient by dividing the standard deviation of the time-series data in a second period shorter than the first period just before the time by the movement average; a variation coefficient calculation part for calculating a variation coefficient ratio by dividing the first variation coefficient by the second variation coefficient; and a process capability evaluation part for evaluating a process capability for the process characterized by the time-series data by referring to the variation coefficient ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
