PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe and easy-to-use preparation storage case preventing a housing part from coming off and falling to the outside of an outer frame part even when sudden lateral stress is added owing to an earthquake, and facilitating the extraction of the housing part in the case where a preparation in the housing part is to be extracted. SOLUTION: In a drawer type preparation storage case 1, a housing part 3 of rectangular solid shape open upward is inserted in an outer frame part 2 of rectangular solid shape having one open side. A stopper piece A:3a protrudes from the lower surface of a bottom plate of the housing part 3. In the stopper piece A:3a, a surface on the front side in the drawing direction is an approximately vertical surface 3b relative to the bottom surface of the housing part, and a surface on the back side in the drawing direction is a tilted surface 3c at a shallow angle relative to the bottom surface of the housing part. A stopper piece B:2a having an approximately vertical surface 2b for butting with the approximately vertical surface 3b of the stopper piece 3a on the front side in the drawing direction protrudes from the upper surface of the bottom plate of the outer frame part 2.
