PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide amino resin crosslinked particles having low hygroscopicity and a sharp particle size distribution, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The amino resin crosslinked particles has a core-shell structure in which a shell layer is provided in an outer circumference of a core, comprises a condensate of an amino compound and formaldehyde, and has a coefficient of variation of particle diameter, a CV value, of 30% or less. The shell layer comprises a condensate of an amino compound (B) and formaldehyde, a ratio of a guanamine compound in the amino compound (B) of the shell layer being 10-100 mass%.
