The scraper has a conveyor belt with a holder (3), which supports a parabolic-shaped stripping-off band (1) and comprises a transverse stub (7) connected with the stripping-off band. The stub is connected with torsion spring elements by oscillations, where the elements are firmly connected to a conveyor supporting structure. The stub comprises slot-like recess openings (5) and the stripping-off band for replaceable inserts in the openings with corresponding connection elements (4). The recess openings are opened upward at ends aligned to the band.
