PURPOSE: A roaster which heats food on a roasting grill at a uniform temperature is provided to prevent the overcooking of food by evenly spreading flames from a stove using a plurality of aperture holes. CONSTITUTION: A roaster comprises a case(120,130) and a cut-off member. A roasting grill can be put on top of the case, and a flame is generated on the open center part of a stove. The cut-off member is arranged between the case and the roasting grill. The cut-off member prevents the focusing of flame and heat on the center of the roasting grill.
