PURPOSE: A cooking instrument and a processing method thereof are provided to sanitarily wash the cooking instrument after cooking and to be used for a long time by forming a print coating layer on the outer surface of the cooking instrument. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a cooking instrument is as follows. A base of a cooking instrument is preheated. A base-coating layer is formed by supplying a ceramic material to the top of the preheated base. The cooking instrument is first hardened with 100~200°C for 30 ~ 40 minutes. The hardened cooking instrument is preheated with 50~60°C temperature. A top-coating layer is formed by supplying a transparent ceramic material to the cooking instrument.
