PURPOSE: A fixed plate and a motor device thereof are provided to control the speed and driving power of a rotation plate by detecting the phase of a rotating magnetic body. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic body(11,11') are formed from the center of a rotary plate(10) into radial. A rotary shaft(12) is formed in the center of the rotation plate. A fixed plate is located in both sides of the rotating plate. A coil body is divided and formed in the location corresponding to the magnet. The coil body maintains the same interval within the magnetic force range of the magnetic body.
