PURPOSE: A linear relation providing method between a digital code and a temperature is provided to prevent overheat which can cause destructive malfunction by reducing temperature rise. CONSTITUTION: A linear relation providing method between a digital code and a temperature comprises following steps. First voltage corresponding to the temperature is provided. The second voltage having multiple digital codes is provided as input. Digital codes corresponding to the temperature are distinguished using the first voltage and the second voltage. The multiple temperatures are linearly related to the multiple digital codes. The first voltage depends on the temperature.
