LIVESTOCK HACCP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING MOBILE TERMINAL AND RADIO COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a system for HACCP(Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)-managing livestock using a wireless communication network are provided to check the check matters about before carrying, during carrying and after carrying, thereby the checked check matters can be transferred to central department in real time. CONSTITUTION: A HACCP check device(20) implement the inspection according to the HACCP check matters by suing WAP in step of before carrying, during carrying, and after carrying. A communication company server(30) transmits the inspection data of the HACCP inspection device in real time. A HACCP monitoring unit(40) monitors the inspection data of the HACCP inspection deice by receiving the data from the communication company server. A HACCP management system(50) receives the HACCP device of inspection data in real time from the communication company server. The HACCP management system manages basic information including the HACCP check list.
