PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to control the movement of a frame integrated with an outer cover when the external power is applied to the outer cover, and to secure the reliability of the mechanical strength of an outer member. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(1) comprises the following: an element battery(2) having a terminal formation surface with a terminal; an accessory part for drawing out the electricity to the exterior of the battery pack, from the terminal; and an outer member(17) covering the terminal formation surface and the accessory part. The accessory part includes a frame(11) maintaining the outer member.
