Disclosed are 2,4 (4,6) pyrimidine derivatives of formula (I) the N-oxide forms, the pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein Z1 and Z2 each independently represents NR22 and are at distinct positions selected from positions 2, 4 and 6; in particular Z1 and Z2 represents NH; and the remaining substituens are as defined in the specification and their uses in treating hyper proliferative disorders such as atherosclerosis, restenosis and cancer.
