The present invention relates to a device for pneumatic conveying of bulk material (4), in particular, powder material, comprising a conveyor tube (1), defining a conveyor path (2) for the bulk material (4), a conveyor gas source (51), connected to the conveyor tube (1) and designed for introducing conveyor gas in the direction of the conveying path (2) and at least one exit point (7), by means of which gas is removed from the conveyor tube (1). According to the invention, several exit points (7, 7') are arranged at a distance from each other along the conveyor path (2) on the conveyor tube (1) and the exit points may be adjusted by the amount of removing gas. Therefore, the controlled removal of excess gas from the conveyor tube (1) is achieved in the invention. The gas velocity can thus be reduced to provide stable conveying. This makes it possible to avoid step-wise increase in cross-section of the conveyor tube (1) along the conveyor path (2), that was required formerly to maintain the stable conveying. |
