PURPOSE: A heat pump system for producing the hot water is provided to enable the user need for the hot water to be smoothly handled through a bypass unit. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system for producing the hot water comprises a heat pump unit(100), a heat source unit(300), a load unit(200), a bypass unit(400). The heat pump unit comprises a compressor, a heat-source-side heat exchanger, an expansion device and a load-side heat exchanger. The heat source unit comprises a heat source flow line in which the heat-source-side second working fluid performing the heat exchange with the heat source flows, and performs the heat transfer to the heat pump unit through the heat-source-side heat exchanger. The load unit comprises a load flow line in which the load-side second working fluid flows, and performs the heat transfer to the heat pump unit through the load-side heat exchanger. The bypass unit comprises a bypass line connected to the load flow line, and a bypass heat exchanger(420). In order that the heat transfer between the load-side second working fluid and the heat-source-side second working fluid generates, the heat source flow line and the bypass line are arranged through the bypass heat exchanger.
