The card (10) has a flexible board (12) combined with a detachable rectangular flap (18). A transverse edge (24) of the flap is bonded to a transverse edge (26) of a back side (16) of the board by an adhesive band (28). Another transverse edge (30) of the flap includes an adhesive band (32) to allow repositionable gluing of the flap on the back side of the board. The flap includes a rear side (20) facing the back side of the board and a front side (22) provided with an address zone, a postage zone and a communication zone. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a postal card.
