PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wool quilt is provided, which improves heat insulation and ventilation and makes surface touch feeling good. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing wool quilt comprises: a step of sewing so that an interval of a stitch sequence(400) can formed by placing intermediate material between the surface material(100) and backing material(200) and putting them into a quilting machine; a step of forming a concavo-convex corrugation pattern in the surface material and backing material by pouring proteinase for fiber into weakly acidic aqueous solution and removing nap of the backing material and surface; a step of softening and washing; a step of dehydrating; and a step of drying the dehydrated cloth by putting it into a hot-air bower of 70-120 deg.C. |
