PURPOSE: A screen golf system is provided to maximize the indoor exercise effects by using a running machine of which inclination can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A screen golf system comprises: a running machine(200) which is installed at one side of a swing mat(100) of a screen golf room(S) and adjusts an inclination angle through an angle adjustment unit; a ventilation fan(310) at the upper of side portion of the room; a humidifying unit(320) or an aromatic capsule(330) at the one side of the ventilation fan; and a speaker(350) which outputs sound in the room.
