PURPOSE: A cup crust of overcooked rice is provided to mix semi-dried crust of overcooked rice with soup of a crust of overcooked rice. CONSTITUTION: A semi-dried crust of overcooked rice is packed by a closed type container like a bowl noodle container and an instant rice container. Rich is mixed with a 9 time larger amount of unpolished rice to completely dry a crust of overcooked rice. The completely dried crust of overcooked rice is crushed into fine powder. The fine powder is packed by a cup crust container. Soup for a crust of overcooked rice and hot water are poured into the semi-dried crust of overcooked rice. After 3 to 5 minutes, a consumer can eat it.
