PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel for a vehicle improving design performance and comfortableness of the sense of touch while reducing the manufacturing cost and improving manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The steering wheel for the vehicle includes a groove part 35 formed in a core material 21, a harness 51 housed in the groove part 35 and connecting a control part 50 provided in a hub part and an indicator 19, and a harness cover 60 made of an elastic body and arranged on the groove part 35 and covering the harness 51. The harness cover 60 includes a fixed part cover 77 covering a fixed part with the core material 21 in the indicator 19, and a skin 90 is wound around the harness cover 60 including the fixed part cover 77.
