The invention relates to the extraction of a biofuel (biogas) from marine macro algae, and the experiment is carried out in temperature conditions that vary relative to mesophilia (35-37°C) by 3°C, under a 1-bar atmospheric pressure and in natural light conditions; the invention also relates to a the structure of a digester made of glass and capable of conveying more rapidly the conductible heat. The invention also relates to the use of I Inoculum of the following formula (cow manure diluted into two volumes, red wine, black liquor, yeast) and comprises fermentation at room temperature for 6 days. The fermentation duration (20 d) of the macro algae biomass (cryptogames) is shorter than that of the vegetables due to the biochemical nature of the micro-algae.
