GLUE DEFOAMING DEVICE AND DEFOAMING METHOD

A defoaming device for glue comprises a heater, a container (30) and a defoaming mechanism (50) that has a glue-guiding tube (10) set in the container (30) and a filter (20). The glue-guiding tube (10), having a pressure inlet (101) and a pressure outlet (102), is bent into the shape of an arch loop (103) at the end of the pressure outlet (102), on which a discharge opening (104) is formed and the filter (20) is further mounted thereon. After the glue is pressed in, the whole glue-guiding tube (10) is heated to make the bubbles (41) contained in the glue (40) gradually float to the ceiling of the inner wall of the glue-guiding tube (10). The bubbles (41) are discharged from the filter (20) mounted on the foam discharging opening (104) when the glue (40) flows by. A glue defoaming method using the defoaming device is also provided.
