<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a large-sized solar battery sheet array which strikes a balance between a high area filling rate of a flexible solar battery cell occupying the solar battery sheet array and high production yields of unit solar battery sheets. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solar battery sheet array includes a step of producing a unit solar battery string by welding respective interconnectors of a plurality of flexible solar battery cells each having the interconnector, a step of applying a protective film on a surface of the unit solar battery string, a step of producing a solar battery string by welding the plurality of unit solar battery strings, and a step of applying a rear surface film on a rear surface of the solar battery string. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
