PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation device having a holding device capable of enhancing the use rate of a fan of large size. SOLUTION: The heat dissipation device 1 includes: a heat sink 10; a fan 20 having a peripheral edge projected from a top of the heat sink 10; and a fixing device 30 used to fix the fan 20 onto the top of the heat sink 10. The fixing device 30 includes a fixing holder 40 fixed to the heat sink 10, and has two air-guiding plates 49 formed extending downward from two opposite installed sides of the fixing holder and obliquely toward the heat sink 10.
