The component has a metal material made of dielectric material and/or semiconductor material. A layer (S1) comprises a series of periodic elementary patterns (MijS1-MijS3) or pseudo-periodic period. Another layer (S2) comprises a series of another periodic elementary patterns or another pseudo-periodic period that is less than or equal to half of the former period. The former pattern and the latter pattern are formed by a middle indicia pattern. The elementary patterns are smaller than or equal to wavelength divided by maximum index of a set of indices.
