PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine generator capable of positively preventing inner rings of bearings from shifting in a falling out direction from shafts and capable of being smoothly operated. SOLUTION: A nut 40 for fixing an inner ring of a first bearing 11 is screwed on one shaft 2, and a nut 50 for fixing an inner ring of a second bearing 20 is screwed on the other shaft 3. The turbine generator includes: a rotor having shafts on both sides and a turbine provided to one shaft; a turbine housing surrounding and storing the turbine; a stator housing storing a motor stator surrounding the rotor, including the first bearing between itself and the one shaft, and fixed to the turbine housing; and a bearing flange including the second bearing between itself and the other shaft of the rotor and fixed to the stator housing. The nut for fixing the inner ring of the first bearing is screwed on the one shaft, and the nut for fixing the inner ring of the second bearing is screwed on the other shaft.
