摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows for a vacuum capacitor, including a carrier material and at least one coating film, wherein at least one of the coating films is configured to be electrically conductive and excellent in having a film thickness as uniform as possible. SOLUTION: In a bellows in a vacuum capacitor, a bellows structure 1 includes a carrier 2 and at least one of electrically conductive films 5, 6, and the electrically conductive film has a uniform thickness across the entire bellows structure. The deviation of thickness from an average is less than±50%, preferably, less than±10%. Due to this, the lifetime when the load is mechanical is lengthened. In order to increase the heat dissipation by radiation, a black film 7 is attached to the bellows structure 1.
