<p>A position adjustment mechanism is provided with: a protrusion member which is supported by a holding body so as to be movable in the direction of the protrusion of the protrusion member; and a rotation body which is disposed at the opening of the holding body and has an operation section formed at the tip of the rotation body, and the position adjustment mechanism moves and adjusts the dimension of the protrusion of the protrusion member. The position adjustment mechanism is also provided with a catch section which is provided on the tip side of the rotation body, a latch section which is provided to the holding body and engages with the catch section to make the rotation body not rotatable, and a pressing means which presses the rotation body in the direction in which the catch section engages with the latch section. When the rotation body is pressed against the pressing force, the rotation body becomes rotatable, and when the pressing to the rotation body is released, the rotation body becomes not rotatable.</p> |
