<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical crossbar and an optical integrated device which can easily control light, includes good response and can be made compact. <P>SOLUTION: An add-drop switch is constituted to switch continuity of light propagating in a plurality of optical fibers arranged in parallel using shape memory alloy with which metal mirrors are formed on two inclinations having a rectangular cross section, having an approximate angle of 45 degrees in relation to the center line of the longitudinal cross section, each having a rectangular shape formed at positions 180-degree symmetrical in relation to the center line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
