MOIRE DISSOLVING FILTER FOR RE-PHOTOGRAPHED IMAGES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that interference fringes called moire are generated and image quality is degraded in so-called "re-photographing" of photographing a monitor screen by a television camera in a studio of a broadcasting station.

SOLUTION: The moire dissolving filter 111 for re-photographed images including a low-pass film 103, an antireflection film 101 and a fixing plate 102 for fixing them is configured and mounted on an image monitor 202. Also, when the image monitor of a type for which the size of the screen of the image monitor 202 is N (N is a positive number), the characteristics of the low-pass film 103 are such that the angle of spreading incident light is set to the angle of ±30% of (500/N) degrees.
