METHOD FOR ACTIVATING NK CELL, METHOD FOR PROLIFERATING AND PRODUCING NK CELL USING THE SAME, AND MONOCYTE CONTAINING NK CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for activating NK cells by which the NK cells having non-specific cytotoxic activity to various tumor cells, virus-infected cells and the like, or ADCC activity can be activated to safely and simply proliferate without mixing with K562 or the like; a method for proliferating and producing the NK cells using the same; and monocytes containing a large amount of the NK cells.

SOLUTION: In the method for activating the NK cells, the Nk cells are activated by stimulating the monocytes containing T cells and NK cells with a CD52 agonist. The stimulation of the monocytes with the CD52 agonist is carried out in the presence of a cytokine.
