<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item processing system allowing more efficient processing related to an order reception/placement item by facilitating history management as compared to before when transmitting information between an orderer and an order receiver. <P>SOLUTION: In this item processing method, a dealer inquiry form 51 for transmitting the information to a dealer from a user via a network is provided to the user, and an item top page 55 is provided to the order receiver. The item top page has each column for receiving electronic mail transmitted by use of the dealer inquiry form 51, transmitting a reply mail with a transmitter of the information as a recipient, list-displaying the information transmitted and received to/from the same orderer, and for input and display of progress information in association with the list-displayed information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
