PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce convergence of a communication path while securing a security property of data distributed from a server, in a radio communication system for executing a server-client type application such as VNC (Virtual Network Computing). SOLUTION: When the server executes an application program based on an operation in a radio apparatus to transmit screen data based on the execution result thereof to the radio apparatus from the server, parts A1, A2 specific to the application and encrypted parts A3, A4 requiring security protection are transmitted by unicast communication.
