PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a sealing liquid including first and second liquids having mutually non-compatibility in a liquid chamber in the predetermined ratio. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a liquid-sealed vibration control device comprises a cylindrical first installation member 11 and a second installation member 12, an elastic body 13 for elastically connecting the first installation member 11 and the second installation member 12, and a partition member 16 for partitioning the liquid chamber 17 in the first installation member 11 into a main liquid chamber 14 and a sub-liquid chamber 15, and seals the sealing liquid including the first liquid L1 and the second liquid L2 having mutually non-compatibility in the liquid chamber 17, by forming a restricting passage 24 for communicating the main liquid chamber 14 with the sub-liquid chamber 15, and comprises a vibration control device body making process of making a vibration control body 20 by integrating the first installation member 11, the second installation member 12 and the elastic body 13, a first liquid sealing process of sealing the first liquid L1 in the liquid chamber 17, and a second liquid injecting process of injecting the second liquid L2 into the liquid chamber 17 through the inside of a needle pipe 60 by penetratingly piercing the needle pipe 60 in the elastic body 13.
