PURPOSE: A processing method of black bean and yellow bean blending with rice is provided to cook black bean and yellow bean with rice without soaking in water before cooking with the rice. CONSTITUTION: The foreign material and small stones are removed and the black bean and yellow bean are selected by the size. After sorting step, the black bean and yellow bean are sterilized for 40 to 45 minutes. After the sterilization step, the black bean and yellow bean are soaked in the water of 20 to 25 degree Celsius for 34 to 36 hours. After the soaking step, the black bean and yellow bean are aged at 25 to 30 degree Celsius for 45 to 48 hours. The aged black bean and yellow bean are flaked by a flaking machine. The flaked black bean and yellow bean are dried at 42 to 45 degree Celsius to contain 12 to 14 percent of water. The final black bean and yellow bean are selected after finishing drying the red beans. |
