<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust positions of a laser light source, light receiving element, and hologram element respectively while easily positioning and assembling each optical component of an integrated optical module. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated optical module 1 is configured by fixing and integrating: the laser light source 11 held by a laser light source holder 18; the light receiving element 12; a polarization beam splitter 13; and a hologram element 14. The positions of the laser light source 11, light receiving element 12 and hologram element 14 are accurately adjusted respectively on the basis of the external laser light source and external imaging element which are adjusted beforehand, while each of that optical components is easily positioned and assembled on the basis of a base plate 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
