PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an interior component for vehicles which has a structure in which water is supplied directly to the back of a skin material with an adhesive applied or laminated, the adhesion of the adhesive is weakened, and the release of the skin material is facilitated. SOLUTION: The apparatus for sticking the skin material with an adhesive layer to the resin core material of an interior component for vehicles has a mold 3 to which the resin core material is attached, a water supply part 8 which is installed along the outer peripheral part of the mold 3 and promotes release by supplying water to the back of the periphery of the skin material stuck to the resin core material, and a water supply system 7 connected to the water supply part 8.
