PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve more faithful color reproduction when image equipment such as a printer outputs an image outputted from image equipment such as a display by improving the flexibility in preparing a color conversion table. SOLUTION: A image processor shifts, during making the printer output color data corresponding to the display, a gray axis in a display color gamut so as to be close to a gray axis in a printer color gamut, shifts the display color gamut with an amount corresponding to the amount of shifting the gray axis in the display color gamut, and converts color data corresponding to the display into color data corresponding to the printer based on a color correspondence relationship between the shifted display color gamut and the printer color gamut.
