PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan usable in a different manner in view of the impossibility of wiping off sweat with a fan and using the fan when containing water although the fan is indispensable in an event such as sport match watching especially under the blazing sun. SOLUTION: A towel fabric is sewn in a bag form shaped like a fan, and the sewn hem part is opened to provide a passage for passing a string around the hem.
