PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body hardly carrying partial electric current in the thickness direction. SOLUTION: The tubular body includes a laminated body of outer layer 121 and an inner layer 122, and includes a region exhibiting higher conductivity than other regions (the inner layer 122 region and the outer layer 121 region other than a conductivity point uneven distribution region 124A) in the thickness direction in the inner layer 122.
