<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of an air conditioning system while appropriately handling an air conditioning load in an indoor space in the air conditioning system performing air conditioning in the indoor space. <P>SOLUTION: A controller (100) controls each constituting equipment by repeatedly performing first operation and second operation. In the first operation, the air conditioning load in the indoor space (30) is estimated based on a physical quantity indicating the condition of air in the indoor space (30). In the second operation, a control amount of each constituting equipment is set to be a value enabling the air conditioning system (10) to exhibit an air conditioning capacity in accordance with the air conditioning load in the indoor space (30) estimated in the first operation, and minimizing the power consumption of the air conditioning system (10).
