PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator that easily positions an inter-phase insulation paper to be inserted into a space in a slot and prevents the inter-phase insulation paper from vertically coming off in the space in the slot, a motor, and a compressor. SOLUTION: The stator includes a core having a plurality of teeth 61, 56 arranged annularly and having electric wires 73, 68 wound thereon; and a plurality of partitioning members 82 each disposed between the two adjacent teeth 61, 56 of the core. In the stator, holding grooves 67b, 62b allowing one part of the partitioning member 82 to be fitted thereinto and regulating the movement of the partitioning member 82 in the axial direction of the core are provided. Further, the stator includes an insulator at the end portion of the core, and the holding grooves 67b, 62b are formed on distal end portions 67a, 62a of the insulator, respectively.
