PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrity monitoring apparatus which monitors operating conditions of jet pumps set up in a recirculation system and immediately detects a jet pump where a malfunction such as a failure occurs. SOLUTION: The monitor includes a plant data detection unit 202 for detecting the flow rate of each jet pump set up in a reactor recirculation system, an integrity evaluation unit 203 which computes a predetermined given index value of a flow rate on the basis of the flow rate data measured by the plant data detection unit 202 and evaluates the integrity of the jet pumps in the reactor recirculation system by comparing the index value of the flow rate with a prescribed determination parameter, and a jet pump data indication unit 204 which indicates the evaluation results of the integrity evaluation unit 203.
