PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device capable of performing control to suppress liquid compression by a compressing mechanism with high responsiveness. SOLUTION: The air conditioning device including a compressor 21, an outdoor heat exchanger 23, an electric expansion valve 24 and an indoor heat exchanger 41 further has a coil 68, a second pressure sensor 29 g, an electromagnetic induction thermistor 14 and a control section 11. The coil 68 generates a magnetic field for induction-heating a magnet pipe F2 disposed at an outer side of an accumulating pipe F. The control section 11 makes the coil 68 generate or increase the magnetic field in an overheated state that a degree of the overheat of a sucked refrigerant grasped by the pressure sensor 29 g and the electromagnetic induction thermistor 14 is lower than a prescribed degree of overheat.
