PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure for reusing a precast reinforced concrete member and the dismantling construction method for the joint structure, which can reuse the precast reinforced concrete member after being dismantled for every single unit. SOLUTION: A sleeve 2 which is constituted by including a reinforcement 8 is imbedded in the precast reinforced concrete member 1 on one side, and a reinforcement 12 projected from the precast reinforced concrete member 11 on the other side is inserted into the sleeve 2. Then an organic grout material 5 which is formed mainly of nonconductive thermoplastic resin is filled into the clearance between the reinforcements 8, 12 and the sleeve 2, and an inorganic grout material 9 is filled into the joint part formed between the members 1, 11. The precast reinforced concrete members 1, 11 are connected to each other in series. The position among the reinforcements 8, 12 and the sleeve 2 which faces the organic grout material 5 is covered with nonconductive thin films 13, 3 as a first layer and with conductive thin films 14, 4 as a second layer.
