PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supporting motion learning which supports user's learning of a predetermined motion and breathing associated with the predetermined motion. SOLUTION: An HMD 30 is mounted to the head of a user 2. A respiration sensor 10 generates respiration data Dbrt according to the breathing of the user 2. A motion sensor 20 detects the motion of the body of the user 2, and generates motion data Dmot. A control unit 50 renders an instructor's motion to be learnt by the user 2 using three-dimensional computer graphics. The control unit 50 also visualizes breathing to be learnt by the user 2 and display the visualized breathing in the HMD 30. The control unit 50 renders the motion of the user him/her-self based on the motion data Dmot, and displays the rendered data in the HMD 30.
