PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection foaming molding method by which two or more foaming products having a predetermined foaming ratio, predetermined product weight and stable forms can be simultaneously molded by one time molding operation by opening a metallic mold to make charged foamable molten resin foaming-expand after successive injection charging of the foamable molten resin into the metallic mold having a plurality of cavities having different product shapes from one injection unit with time difference. SOLUTION: Each cavity has a switching means of resin channels of independent driving and at first amount of resin equivalent to a first product cavity volume is measured and injection charging of the foamable molten resin into a first product cavity is performed. After finish of injection charging, the metallic mold is expanded to make the molten resin foaming-expand. Then amount of resin equivalent to a second product cavity volume is measured and injection charging of the foamable molten resin into a second product cavity is performed.
