PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information-concealing slip which can demonstrate an outstanding effect in protecting confidential information by clearly leaving a trace showing that the slip was once opened in case when the slip is re-opened after it was opened once and then sealed. SOLUTION: A concealment piece of paper 3 has, at the portion to overlap each exfoliation section of the body piece of paper 2 in an inside surface of a body piece of paper 2 having a confidential information entry region 18 which the concealment piece of paper 3 is to cover, one or more dividing parts of adhesive layer sections 51-59 to be cemented to each corresponding exfoliation section along its longitudinal direction, and the bonding length of longitudinal direction of each exfoliation section and the adhesive layer sections 51-59 is so constructed as to become 20% or more and 80% or less as compared with the strip length of partner exfoliation section to be correspondingly cemented. When the slip is re-opened in a condition after it was once opened and re-sealed, the exfoliation section is split and its parts 91b-99b are left on the body piece of paper 2 and thus become the trace of re-sealing.
