PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured hook with a magnet, capable of being easily used regardless of a vehicle model to use and regardless of the place of use as long as the hook can be attached with magnetic force, and without a risk of damage to the place where the hook is attached, and capable of hanging a plurality of wet suits or the like at the same time. SOLUTION: The hook with the magnet is composed of the magnet 2, a hard cover 3 which covers the magnet 2, a soft cover 4 which holds the fitted hard cover 3, and a hook member 5 whose front end is inserted into the hard cover 3 via the soft cover 4. The front end 6 of the hook member is prevented from loosening, and is turnably supported by the hard cover 3. The hook member 5 includes a horizontal rod portion 7 with the front end 6, a vertical rod portion 8 formed by extending and bending the horizontal rod portion 7 downward at least at 90 degrees, and a hook portion 9 formed by extending and bending the lower end of the vertical rod portion 8 upward.
